Get some rest

You cannot run for 24 hours. You need to get enough rest so that you can keep on going consistently. In every athletic training program, there is a rest period. Track progress

To be a good athlete, you need to get proper training. You should remember what you have learned in the training and keep a log of it in a notebook. You should note down your strengths and weaknesses and focus to improve on your weaknesses.
